An Evidence-Based Case of Right Ovarian Cyst Cured by Natrum Muriaticum

Present Complaints: A 20-year-old unmarried girl Miss. SB (S-14946; OC-713) reported on 4.1.2021 for treatment of right ovarian cystdiagnosed by ultrasonography of pelvis on 22.11.2020. She was also having dry, itchy, hyperpigmented skin lesions all over body since 2013.
Past history: She was treated for polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) at our research centre in 2016 and was cured.
Menstrual history: Her menses are regular and adequate lasting 4 days.
Family history: Mother is diabetic and hypertensive.
Initial Ultrasonography of pelvis (22.11.2020): Right ovary shows a cyst of 4.40 x 4.26cm
