Hypertension is considered to be a lifestyle disorder. Your blood pressure responds to your daily activities like diet, sleep, stress, etc. With the rise in childhood obesity, lack of exercise and poor diet, the age at which the problem of hypertension begins has gotten younger. A change in your lifestyle serves as a prevention. You can always take a homeopathic medicine for hypertension to manage and cure it.?
Hypertension is publicized as the silent killer because of its absence of symptoms. The conditions can go unnoticed for years. It is also the cause of many other serious diseases. Hypertension can permanently damage the eyes, lungs, heart, or kidneys.
Blood pressure is the force of circulating blood against the inner walls of the blood vessels. The amount of pressure is determined by the amount of blood that your heart pumps and the amount of resistance to blood flow in your arteries. Hypertension is diagnosed when there is persistently high pressure in the arteries.
Basically, there are three types of Hypertension:
Primary Hypertension:
Primary hypertension doesn’t have a specific cause. It accounts for almost 90- 95% of all cases.
Secondary Hypertension:
Secondary hypertension is because of an underlying condition. When the underlying condition is treated well, the blood pressure returns back to normal.
Pregnancy-Related Hypertension:
Pregnancy-related hypertension may occur in a pregnant woman who already has a predisposition to hypertension.
There are various risk factors that affect the hypertension. Some of these factors can be managed while the others cannot. Homeopathic medicine for hypertension can be taken to manage the blood pressure. Homeopathic medicines do not have any side effects and are very effective. However, it is highly recommended that you consult a doctor before taking these medicines so that you know the right combination of the medicines and its dosage.
