1. Sugar and Water

2. Coconut Water
Tender green coconut water is highly effective in treating gastritis. Drink it till the pain subsides.

3. Ginger it up
Ginger has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can help reduce irritation of the inner lining of the stomach.
Another quick ginger fix is to take a pinch of ginger powder, rock salt and asafetida in a cup of warm water to bring immediate relief. The quantity should not exceed more. If it doesn’t suit you or aggravates your problem then you should avoid it.
4. Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea quickly cures gastritis. It soothes the intestinal walls, providing relief from sudden pains and helping to eliminate gas.
5. Papaya
Shredded raw papaya is really good for curing gastritis. If you are suffering from inflammation of the stomach then you can eat raw papaya. You can add a few drops of lemon juice to it as well.
