Gastritis is the inflammation of the lining of the stomach which causes symptoms such as pain in the abdomen, burning in the chest, belching, nausea, bloating, vomiting, eructation, indigestion, diarrhoea and a loss of appetite.
The causes of gastritis include an excessive intake of alcohol, chronic vomiting, stress and certain anti-inflammatory medicines. It can also be due to infections such as by the organism Helicobater pylori or due to bile reflux.

1. Consume a diet full of anti-inflammatory foods
